Pasta With Creamy Red Roasted Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 ounces pasta, i used rotelle
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers (drained)
  • 1 container garlic & herb spreadable cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 2 meawhile puree red peppers in blender or food processor.
  • 3 add peppers and cheese spread to drained pasta and over low heat stir until cheese is melted.
