Masala Papad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 pappadams
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 fresh green chili pepper, chopped
  • 6 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the papads.
  • 2 roast the papads on high flame, turning each side.
  • 3 be careful not to burn them up.
  • 4 on each roasted papad, spread the fresh masala.
  • 5 serve before or with your lunch or dinner.
