Linguine Gorgonzola

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 9 ounces fresh linguine
  • 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped watercress
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine 1-2 minutes or until tender. drain and return pasta to the pot.
  • 2 over medium heat stir in cream and cheese. cook, stirring often until cheese is melted.
  • 3 stir in red pepper, watercress and pepper. heat through.
