Linguine Gorgonzola

- 9 ounces fresh linguine
- 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped watercress
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine 1-2 minutes or until tender. drain and return pasta to the pot.
- 2 over medium heat stir in cream and cheese. cook, stirring often until cheese is melted.
- 3 stir in red pepper, watercress and pepper. heat through.
