Jen's Black Beans And Rice

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 (28 ounce) can fire-roasted tomatoes
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 chop the onions and garlic
  • 2 sautee in olive oil.
  • 3 put beans and tomatoes and vinegar in pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
