- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 dice potatoes.
- 2 combine potatoes, oil, salt and pepper in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- 3 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 4 cover dish with foil.
- 5 bake at 425 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
