Opryland Hotel Cream Cheese And Roasted Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- salt, to taste
- tabasco sauce, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced
Recipe
- 1 broil bell pepper, turning often, until skin has blackened.
- 2 place in a small bowl and cover tightly with plastic cling wrap.
- 3 cool; peel pepper and cut in half.
- 4 discard seeds and membranes.
- 5 dice pepper and put to the side.
