- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped

Recipe
- 1 line large baking sheets with foil; lightly grease.
- 2 slice potatoes to 1/4-inch thick.
- 3 dip potatoes in melted butter and arrange on baking sheet so the chips do not overlap.
- 4 sprinkle with peanuts.
- 5 bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 6 sprinkle with salt.
