Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 add next 7 ingredients and fry until tomatoes are shrivelled, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
- 3 stir in balsamic vinegar and serve.
