Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, reduce in puree : feta, sour cream, roasted red pepper, garlic, chive, olive oil and cayenne pepper.
- 2 serve with pita chips, veggies or anything you want ;).
