Red Pepper Hummus

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
  • 2 whirl until smooth and combined well.
  • 3 cover an chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
