Roasted Garlic-30 Minutes To Done

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large garlic, bulb
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • aluminum foil, to wrap

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 remove outside (flaky) skins from whole garlic bulb.
  • 3 cut the top off from the bulb to expose all individual cloves.
  • 4 place on a piece of foil which has been folded in half to make a double layer.
  • 5 drizzle bulb with olive oil. salt and pepper.
  • 6 wrap the bulb tightly with the foil.
  • 7 place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • 8 unwrap and allow to cool, if desired.
  • 9 squeeze the garlic from the bulb and into whatever you want to be sweet, garlicky and delish. (be careful, the garlic coming out will be hot).
