Roasted Garlic Twice Baked Potato

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 whole baking potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons roasted garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives

Recipe

  • 1 bake potato until done.
  • 2 let cool until they can be handled.
  • 3 cut in half lengthwise scoop out most of potato into bowl.
  • 4 add the garlic, 1/4 cup sour cream, butter, salt & pepper.
  • 5 mash together and fill hollowed out potato skins.
  • 6 bake again in 400 degree oven until brown.
  • 7 garnish with rest of sour cream and chives.
