Herb-roasted Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 chicken breast halves, with skin and bones
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup dry wine
- salt & pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 combine garlic, rosemary & thyme in small bowl.
- 3 arrange chicken skin side up in large roasting or baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. rub with garlic mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
- 4 pour wine into bottom of pan and bake until cooked through, about 30 minutes. remove from oven and transfer to broiler pan.
- 5 preheat broiler and broil chicken until skin browns, about 3 minutes. serve.
