- 250 g vine cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- maldon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 heat the oven to 200°c place the tomatoes in a roasting tray and drizzle with the oil and vinegar.
