Garlicky Salt And Pepper Fries

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 medium yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1/2- to 1/4-inch-thick wedges
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or more to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon diamond crystal® fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • preheat oven to 400 degrees f (200 degrees c).
  • heat butter, olive oil, and garlic in a saucepan over low heat until butter is melted; stir in diamond crystal® fine sea salt and pepper. toss potatoes in butter mixture until evenly coated. roast to desired doneness, 30 to 35 minutes.
