- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon diamond crystal® fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- preheat oven to 400 degrees f (200 degrees c).
- heat butter, olive oil, and garlic in a saucepan over low heat until butter is melted; stir in diamond crystal® fine sea salt and pepper. toss potatoes in butter mixture until evenly coated. roast to desired doneness, 30 to 35 minutes.
