Quick Cherry Tomato And Pesto Pizza

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves, slivered
Recipe
- 1 toss tomatoes with 2 teaspoons of the oil, salt and pepper. transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 450 for 12 minutes. remove from oven and set aside.
- 2 place dough on lightly floured work surface and roll out to ¼ inch thickness.
- 3 using fork, dot dough with small holes. place on pizza pan.
- 4 in a small bowl, combine remaining oil with pesto and spread over pizza crust.
- 5 top with pine nuts, garlic and roasted tomatoes. bake 15-20 minutes.
