Quick Cherry Tomato And Pesto Pizza

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 garlic cloves, slivered

Recipe

  • 1 toss tomatoes with 2 teaspoons of the oil, salt and pepper. transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 450 for 12 minutes. remove from oven and set aside.
  • 2 place dough on lightly floured work surface and roll out to ¼ inch thickness.
  • 3 using fork, dot dough with small holes. place on pizza pan.
  • 4 in a small bowl, combine remaining oil with pesto and spread over pizza crust.
  • 5 top with pine nuts, garlic and roasted tomatoes. bake 15-20 minutes.
