Ingredients

- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (natural honey roasted is great!)
- 1/2 cup milk (more or less to desired thickness)

- 1 cut up banana with a fork or knife. add peanut butter and milk. it is helpful to let the banana thaw a little (a minute) once you pour on the milk. this will make it easier to work everything together with your fork.
