Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 6 cloves garlic, pressed or diced
- 1/4 cup roasted tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 -5 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients except olive oil in food processor, blend.
- 2 add olive oil to mixture until it's creamy and spreadable.
- 3 it's ok if it's a tiny bit chunky.
- 4 this hummus is best after 2 hours of refridgeration, to let flavors blend.
- 5 eat with wheat pita bread, and enjoy!
