Rajasthani Dahi Vada
Ingredients

- 10 medium mung dal
- 500 g curds
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
- 1 cup tamarind chutney
- 3 coriander leaves, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 soak moong-dal vada for 4-5 hours.
- 2 while serving, squeeze out the water.
- 3 put it in a serving plate.
- 4 beat the curd along with sugar and pour over the vadas.
- 5 also pour the tamarind chutney and sprinkle all the masala to taste.
- 6 garnish with chopped coriander.
