Ingredients
- 200 ml sour cream
- 400 g chickpeas, drained
- 2 teaspoons middle eastern seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
Recipe
- 1 place ingredients in a food processor and combine until smooth.
- 2 sprinkle with a little extra seasoning and serve with pita bread chips, warm bread, or as an accompaniment to bbq kebabs, burgers, or roasted vegetables.
