Japanese Ginger-miso Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted lightly
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped roughly
  • 2 tablespoons gingerroot, chopped roughly
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons miso
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 -4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 using a blender or food processor, blend for 30 seconds.
