Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Balls

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup almond butter, crunchy and salted (i use trader joe's almond butter with roasted flaxseed)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and combine well.
  • 2 shape into bite sized balls, or bars if you prefer.
  • 3 can be eaten immediately, refrigerated or frozen depending on the desired texture.
