Ingredients
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup almond butter, crunchy and salted (i use trader joe's almond butter with roasted flaxseed)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and combine well.
- 2 shape into bite sized balls, or bars if you prefer.
- 3 can be eaten immediately, refrigerated or frozen depending on the desired texture.
