- 3 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced thyme or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 place asparagus in a roasting pan or baking pan lined with heavy duty foil.
- 2 drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
- 3 sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
- 4 bake, uncovered at 425' for 10-15 min or until crisp-tender.
