Ravioli With Alfredo Sauce And Artichokes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (24 ounce) package frozen ravioli (meat or cheese filled)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichokes, drained and sliced
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth or 2 tablespoons wine
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar low-fat alfredo sauce

Recipe

  • 1 prepare pasta according to package directions. keep warm.
  • 2 heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
  • 3 add garlic; cook for 1 minute.
  • 4 add artichokes, peppers and wine.
  • 5 cook, stirring occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 6 add pasta and sauce to pan.
  • 7 cook and stir for one minute.
  • 8 sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
