- 1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- hot pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 grind peanuts in food processor.
- 2 in small saucepan, combine peanuts, sesame seeds, brown sugar, soy sauce, water and hot pepper flakes to taste. bring to a simmer. reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
