Parmesan/chili Corn On The Cob

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 ears corn on the cob (husked)
  • grated parmesan cheese (i use fresh, not from the container)
  • mayonnaise (i use fat free)
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 husk the corn.
  • 2 spread with mayonnaise.
  • 3 sprinkle with chili powder and parmesan cheese.
  • 4 wrap in foil.
  • 5 roast on the grill until cooked (depends on your corn and how hot your grill is; mine takes 10-15 minutes usually turning every few minutes).
  • 6 when it's roasted, spread with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 7 (you can pretty much adapt this entire recipe to your own taste specifications. i don't measure anything on this one).
