- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 2 -3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 trim off dry ends of asparagus.
- 3 place asparagus in oven-proof dish and toss with olive oil until all asparagus is coated.
- 4 roast in 400 degree (fahrenheit) oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste and serve it up!
