Oven-roasted Corn On The Cob (ww)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 4 ears corn, husks and silk removed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450. tear off four12-inch sheets of heavy foil.
  • 2 stir together cilantro, lime juice, water, and butter in cup and brush over ears of corn.
  • 3 place 1 ear of corn on each sheet of foil and wrap tightly. place directly on oven rack. roast corn, turning occasionally, until tender, about 35 minutes.
