Ingredients

- 4 ounces roasted salmon
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, pausing at least once to scrap down the sides.
- 2 serve with crackers, or if you are feeling fancy, pipe into prepared pastry shells.
