Herbie Salmon Mouse / Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 ounces roasted salmon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cognac
  • 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, pausing at least once to scrap down the sides.
  • 2 serve with crackers, or if you are feeling fancy, pipe into prepared pastry shells.
