Ingredients

- 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds (i used roasted, salted seeds and they were great!)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat sunflower kernels in a non-stick skillet about 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
- 2 stir in the brown sugar, stirring constantly until melted and kernels are coated.
- 3 turn out onto waxed paper to cool.
