Ramen With Onion And Roasted Pepper

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 6 ounces spam
  • 1 green bell pepper, roasted,peeled and diced (very easy)
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 impale the whole green bell pepper on a long handled fork, making sure that the tangs protrude from the other side.

  • 9 when the onions are nearly transparent, break up the ramen noodles and add to the boiling water.
