Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 lb shelled roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 sauce pan: on low heat cook water, sugar and syrup until spins threads when spoon is lifted.
- 2 add peanuts, cook until brown, add baking soda.
- 3 pour into greased cookie sheet let harden at room temperature.
