Ingredients
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon oleo
Recipe
- 1 lightly butter a cookie sheet.
- 2 melt butter in pot and then stir in peanuts to coat.
- 3 in large cast iron skillet, melt sugar.
- 4 stir until all sugar is melted.
- 5 stir in peanuts and pour onto cookie sheet.
- 6 let cool, then break into pieces.
