Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned, seeded
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey (or to taste)
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (the smallest of dashes!)
- 1 pinch ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, & puree until smooth.
- 2 great over grilled or roasted veggies!
