- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
Recipe
- 1 chop and brown the onions in a large pot.
- 2 salt and spice the beef.
- 3 make space in the pot for the beef and brown on all sides.
- 4 mix the wine, sugar, and ketchup.
- 5 pour on the mixture and cook covered until ready.
