Ingredients
- 4 red capsicums, roasted, skinned and seeded
- 60 ml cold pressed olive oil
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon low calorie sweetener (natvia 100% natural)
- cracked black pepper, salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 process all ingredients (but only the oil) in a food processor until it comes together.
- 2 adding the rest of oil, if required.
- 3 serve with vegetable crudites.
