Eat More Bars

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts (dry roasted are best)

Recipe

  • 1 melt peanut butter and honey over med low heat.
  • 2 add chocolate chips to peanut butter and honey.
  • 3 stir until melted.
  • 4 remove from heat.
  • 5 add vanilla.
  • 6 add oatmeal and peanuts.
  • 7 press into lightly buttered 8x8 pan( using lightly buttered hands if you need to).
  • 8 set in fridge until firm enough to cut into bars.
  • 9 (about 1 hr).
  • 10 (for thinner bars use larger pan).
  • 11 freeze very well.
  • 12 enjoy!
