Red Bell Pepper Butter

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 12 (16 ounce) jars roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 remove the red bell peppers from the jar and pat dry.
  • 2 in a food processor, put some or all of the roasted red bell peppers and puree until smooth. some bits are ok.
  • 3 add the butter and puree again.
  • 4 serve with cornbread.
