Ingredients

- 12 (16 ounce) jars roasted red peppers
- 1 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 remove the red bell peppers from the jar and pat dry.
- 2 in a food processor, put some or all of the roasted red bell peppers and puree until smooth. some bits are ok.
- 3 add the butter and puree again.
- 4 serve with cornbread.
