Roasted Asparagus

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • lemon wedge

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 500 degrees f.
  • 2 snap off the ends of the asparagus.
  • 3 lay the asparagus in a roasting pan so that they do not overlap.
  • 4 drizzle with the olive oil, roll until they are all coated.
  • 5 bake at 500f for 5 minutes, turn the asparagus and bake for 5 minutes.
  • 6 remove from oven and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
