- 2 lbs asparagus
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, scrubbed
- coarse salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 toss asparagus with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. slice lemon very thin and layer on a baking sheet. spread asparagus over top of the lemon and roast for 15 minutes. aspargus should become tender and just starting to brown.
- 3 serve.
