Roasted Asparagus With Balsamic Vinegar

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 40 asparagus spears, trimmed (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
  • 3 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4 bake for 12 minutes or until tender.
  • 5 melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally.
  • 6 remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
  • 7 drizzle over asparagus, tossing well to coat.
