Roasted Asparagus W/ Blue Cheese & Toasted Walnuts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425.
  • 2 trim and wash asparagus then arrange in a shallow roasting pan.
  • 3 drizzle olive oil over asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4 toss asparagus to evenly coat.
  • 5 roast in oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • 6 remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with blue cheese, then top with walnuts.
