- 2 lbs asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f.
- 2 in large bowl combine asparagus, oil, salt and pepper and toss well.
- 3 place on baking sheet and roast 13-15 minutes.
