Pasta With Roasted Mushrooms And Marinara Sauce

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 ounces dry pasta
  • 1 cup thickly sliced mushroom
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta in boiling water until "al dente" (just barely done).
  • 2 in the meantime, roast the mushrooms on a pan in a hot oven for ten to fifteen minutes, and heat the marinara sauce. add the mushrooms to the sauce.
  • 3 drain the pasta and top with the marinara sauce and grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
