- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted and ground
- 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 4 lbs beef short ribs
Recipe
- 1 combine all sauce ingredients.
- 2 dip each piece of meat in the sauce and layer in a flat dish or pan.
- 3 pour more marinade on top.
- 4 marinate 4 hours before grilling over coals or broiling.
