Groundnut Cutlets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups groundnuts, roasted and coarsely powdered
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 slices bread, soaked in water and drained
  • 4 -5 green chilies
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • salt
  • 2 -3 tablespoons maida flour (add water to make thick batter as for batata wadas)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together to form a thick mixture.
  • 2 make balls.
  • 3 preheat oil to 375°f.
  • 4 press, dip in maida paste and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
