Peanuts With Indian Spices

Ingredients
- 6 cups unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
- 3 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 3 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat ove to 300.
- 2 combine coriander, brown sugar, cumin, salt, black pepper and red pepper in a small bowl.
- 3 beat egg whites in a medium bowl for 1 minute or until frothy. add spice mixture, peanuts and black sesame seeds and stir well.
- 4 spread on silpat in a pan in single layer, use 2 if needed.
- 5 bake for 30 minutes or until nuts are dry and roasted, stirring occasionally.
- 6 cool completely.
