Peanut Brittles

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup roasted peanuts (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
Recipe
- 1 remove the skin of the roasted peanuts.
- 2 grease a metal plate with little oil and keep aside.
- 3 in a heavy saucepan, add sugar and moist it with 5 tbsp of water.
- 4 cook and keep mixing on a low flame till the sugar turns into a light brown caramel.
- 5 add the peanuts into the caramel and mix them quickly.
- 6 drop in the pat of butter and stir.
- 7 quickly pour the sticky mixture onto the greased plate.
- 8 allow it to cool and set.
- 9 break into small pieces and serve.
