Natvia Roasted Red Capsicum Dip

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 red capsicums, roasted, skinned and seeded
  • 60 ml cold pressed olive oil
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon low calorie sweetener (natvia 100% natural)
  • cracked black pepper, salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 process all ingredients (but only the oil) in a food processor until it comes together.
  • 2 adding the rest of oil, if required.
  • 3 serve with vegetable crudites.
